Overview

DrSelf Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“DrSelf”, “we”, “us”) operates clinic management software for doctors, receptionists, platform administrators, and patients. This policy explains what personal and health-related data we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

Data we collect

We collect account details (name, phone, email), professional credentials for doctors, clinic and appointment information, queue and billing records, prescriptions shared with patients, encrypted private clinical notes, KYC documents for doctor verification, and technical logs required for security and reliability.

How we use data

Data is used to operate appointments, live queues, prescriptions, notifications, payments, and platform administration. Private clinical notes are visible only to the treating doctor. Super administrators cannot access clinical content such as prescriptions or private notes.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. Service providers (SMS, email, cloud storage, payment processors when enabled) process data only to deliver the service. Records are retained as required for healthcare operations, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data subject to legal and clinical record-keeping obligations. Contact support@drself.in for privacy requests.

Security

We use encryption in transit, role-based access controls, rate limiting on authentication, and encryption at rest for private notes. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns promptly to support@drself.in.
