Agreement
By creating an account or using DrSelf, you agree to these Terms. If you use DrSelf on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you have authority to bind that clinic.
Professional responsibility
DrSelf is practice-management software. Doctors remain solely responsible for medical decisions, prescriptions, patient communication, and compliance with applicable medical council and privacy laws.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
Subscriptions and fees
Doctor subscriptions and patient booking fees are described at checkout. Platform fees and taxes may apply. Refund rules follow the plan or booking terms shown at the time of purchase.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may affect access.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrSelf is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to DrSelf in the twelve months preceding the claim.
